Biskut Samprit Resepi


Bahan A:
250g mentega tidak bergaram
150g gula aising
1 sudu teh esen vanila
25g susu pekat manis
1g garam

Bahan B:

300g tepung serbaguna
50g susu tepung
30g tepung jagung

Bahan C:

Duit siling coklat untuk hiasan

Cara-cara:

1. Pukul bahan-bahan A sehingga gebu dan ringan.
2. Bahan-bahan B diayak dan masukkan sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam bahan-bahan A sehingga menjadi doh.
3. Masukkan doh ke dalam beg biskut yang mempunyai lubang paip.
4. Paipkan doh di atas dulang pembakar yang telah digris dan letakkan bahan C di atasnya untuk hiasan.
5. Bakar Biskut Susu Mentega di dalam ketuhar pada suhu 1 80'c selama lebih kurang 20 minit.

Biskut Chocolate Chip Resepi



Bahan diayak :
2 1/4 cawan tepung gandum
3 sudu kecil serbuk koko
2 sudu besar tepung jagung
1/2 sudu kecil soda bikarbonate
2 sudu besar susu tepung
Secubit garam

Bahan-bahan lain :
250 gm mentega - suhu bilik
150 gm gula kastor
1/2 sudu kecil asen vanilla
1 biji kuning telur
1 cawan coklat chip - boleh tambah atau kurangkan mengikut citarasa
100 gm sebarang kekacang - Optional
50 gm kismis hitam - dibelah dua


Cara membuatnya :
1. Pukul mentega, gula kastor dan esen vanilla hingga kembang.
2. Masukkan kuning telur dan pukul rata.
3. Masukkan bahan-bahan yang diayak dan kemudian kacau hingga sebati dengan spatula atau tangan.
4. Masukkan coklat chip dan cincangan kacang atau kismis. Kacau rata.
5. Sudukan adunan ke atas dulang pembakar yang diglis mentega atau dialas dengan kertas minyak.
6. Boleh juga diuli menjadi bebola-bebola kecil dengan menggunakan tangan. Susun di atas dulang pembakar.
7. PERHATIAN : Jarakkan adunan ini anggaran 1 inci sebab bila proses pembakaran adunan akan mengembang dan leper.
8. Bakar pada suhu 160'C selama 15-25 minit. Bergantung kepada saiz bebola-bebola adunan anda menggunakan api atas dan bawah.
9. Sejukkan dahulu biskut dalam tray dalam 5 minit baru dipindah atas redai dan biar sejuk sepenuhnya sebelum disimpan di dalam bekas kedap udara.

Blueberry Muffin Recipe



Buttermilk Berry Muffins: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Position rack in center of oven. Line with paper liners, or butter or spray, with a non stick cooking spray, 12 - 2 3/4 x 1 1/2 inch muffin cups.

In a large measuring cup or bowl whisk together the egg, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract. 

In another large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and zest. Gently fold in the berries. With a rubber spatula fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir only until the ingredients are combined. Do not over mix the batter or tough muffins will result. 

Fill each muffin cup almost full with batter, using two spoons or an ice cream scoop. Place in the oven and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean, about 20 - 25 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool for about 5 - 10 minutes before removing from pan. 

Makes 12 regular sized muffins.

Note: If using frozen berries you may have to bake the muffins a little longer than the stated time.


Buttermilk Berry Muffins:

2 1/2 cups (325 grams) all-purpose flour

3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated white sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

Zest of one orange or lemon

1 large egg, lightly beaten

1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk

1/2 cup (120 ml) safflower or canola oil

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 1/2 to 2 cups (360-480 ml) fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)

Badan hancur – panggang sebentar

Cara Membuat

Kacau butter bersama gula hingga sebati
Masuk kuning telur- kacau
Masuk tepung gandum dan tepung jagung sedikit2 sambil dikacau rata.
Tambah tepung hingga tidak melekat ditangan dan boleh dibentuk.
Ambil sedikit pastri, salutkan badam dengan pastri dan bentukkan bujur dengan menggunakan tangan buat hingga habis bakar hingga kekuningan- biarkan sejuk.
Masak coklat dengan cara double boiler masukkan sesudu teh lemak sayur (shortening) setelah coklat cair angkat dan mulalah proses mencelup seperti gambar di atas, angkat pastri yang telah dicelup dengan menggunakan penyepit dan masukkan ke dalam paper cup..tabur badan hancur sebelum coklat menjadi beku.
Masukkan 2 minit dalam peti sejuk untuk mengeraskan coklat

Biskut Shortbread Resepi



Shortbreads: In a separate bowl whisk the flour with the salt.  Set aside.

In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), beat the butter until smooth and creamy (about 1 minute). Add the sugar and beat until smooth (about 2 minutes).  Beat in the vanilla extract. Gently stir in the flour mixture just until incorporated.  Flatten the dough into a disk shape, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill the dough for at least an hour or until firm.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C) with the rack in the middle of the oven.  Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface roll out the dough into a 1/4 inch (.6 cm) thick circle.  Cut into rounds or other shapes using a lightly floured cookie cutter.  Place on the prepared baking sheets and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. (This will firm up the dough so the cookies will maintain their shape when baked.) Bake for 8 - 10 minutes, or until cookies are very lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.

For Chocolate Dipped Shortbreads: Place 3 ounces (90 grams) of the finely chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl and place it over a saucepan of simmering water. Once the chocolate has melted, remove it from the heat. Add the remaining chocolate and stir with a wooden spoon until it has completely melted and is smooth and glossy. Taking one cookie at a time, dip one end of each cookie in the melted chocolate and place it on a parchment lined baking sheet. Once all the cookies have been dipped in the chocolate, place the baking sheets in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.

Shortbread cookies with keep in an airtight container for about a week or they can be frozen.

Makes about 20 shortbread cookies.

Shortbread Cookies:

2 cups (260 grams) all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon (2 grams) salt

1 cup (2 sticks) (226 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature

1/2 cup (60 grams) powdered (confectioners or icing) sugar

1 teaspoon (4 grams) pure vanilla extract

For Chocolate Dipped Shortbreads:

6 ounces (180 grams) semi sweet or bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped

Cake Pop Recipe




Cake Pops: Bake the Vanilla Cake and let it cool completely. Make the frosting. Then, in a large bowl, crumble the cake into small crumbs (you can do this step by hand or in the food processor). If desired, using a sharp knife, cut the crusts off the cake layers.


Vanilla Cake Video

Using your hands or a large spoon, stir in just enough frosting (2/3 - 1 cup (160 -240 ml)) to hold the mixture together. If you add too much frosting the cake balls will be soggy. Too little frosting and the cake balls will fall apart, especially when dipped. So add the frosting gradually and really work into into the cake crumbs, as the amount you need totally depends on the type and texture of your cake.
Roll the mixture into golf ball sized rounds (1 1/2 inch (4 cm) or 1 ounce (25 grams)). I find this is a good cake-to-candy-coating ratio. Place the cake balls on a parchment or wax paper lined baking sheet. After forming the cake balls, cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until they are firm, but not frozen (about 1-2 hours). At this point, you can store the cake balls in the refrigerator for 2-3 days before dipping in the candy melts or the unfrosted cake balls can be frozen for a couple of months. Defrost the balls in the refrigerator overnight before dipping in the candy melt, because if the cake balls are frozen and you dip them in the warm candy melts, you may find that the candy coating cracks after it dries. That is because as the frozen cake balls defrost, they expand, causing the coating to crack.

Once the cake balls are cold, it is time melt the candy coating. I like to melt 16 ounces (450 grams) of the candy melts at a time. You can do this in the microwave or in a heatproof bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water. If using the microwave, place the candy melts in a microwaveable bowl and heat on medium for about 1 minute. Stir and continue to heat on medium, at 20 second intervals, until the candy melts evenly. If the melted candy is too thick, gradually stir in about 1/2 - 1 tablespoon flavorless oil or shortening or 1 teaspoon paramount crystals into the melted candy coating until smooth and fluid. You want it to flow easily from your spoon. (This prevents the candy coating from being too thick, which makes the cake balls hard to dip and may cause cracking.) At this point you may want to transfer the melted candy coating to a small deep bowl so when dipping the cake pops they can be completely submerged.

Remove the cake balls from the refrigerator and one by one, dip the sticks about 1/2 inch (1 cm) into the melted candy and then insert about halfway into the cold cake balls (the melted candy acts like a glue). Don't insert the sticks all the way through the cake balls or they will crack. Before you starting dipping the cake balls have a large thick block of styrofoam (or florist's foam) on hand to stick the cake pops in for drying.

Then, one by one, dip the cake pops straight down into the melted candy coating. Dip, don't roll, the pops completely into the coating. Rolling can cause crumbs to get into the coating, which we don't want. Then lift the cake pops out of the coating and let the excess coating run off, turning the pop so you get an even coating of candy. You can also very very gently tap the stick on the side of the bowl to help with this. If there are bubbles, burst them gently with the end of a toothpick. At this point you can sprinkle the still wet candy coating with candy sprinkles, sanding or sparkling sugar, edible pearls or glitter, chocolate jimmies, finely chopped nuts, crushed cookies, dried coconut, or even crushed candy. The cake pops need to dry upright, so gently insert the end of the stick into the styrofoam and let dry. If you find some of the candy coating has dripped down the lollipop sticks, use your fingertips to wipe it off. (This can happen if you don't let the excess coating run off the cake pop, if the candy coating was a little too hot for dipping, or if it was a little too thin or too thick.) Once the cake pops are dry, you can use attach edible decorations to the pops. Using a toothpick, dab a little of the melted coating on the decoration and gently attach it to the cake pops. Or, if you like, you can take some of the melted candy coating, place it into a piping bag fitted with a small plain tip, and pipe lines or shapes on the cake pops. Once dry, the cake pops can be covered and stored, at room temperature or in the refrigerator, for about 3-4 days.

Makes about 55 - 1 1/2 inch (4 cm) cake pops. Preparation time 1 hour.

1-2 tablespoons Shortening or Flavorless Oil or 1-2 teaspoons Paramount Crystals

Large Block of Styrofoam or Florist Foam (for drying cake pops)

350 gm Tepung Gandum (sukatan bergantung dgn lembut nya adunan biskut)
Gula Icing secukupnya utk di tabur 

Cara-cara
1.Kuning telur dilecek2 sehingga hancur. (saya lecek guna garpu)
2.Kemudian telur yg sudah dilecek tadi di gaul bersama butter. blend hingga sebati.
3.Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit, kuantiti tepung bergantung kepada lembut nya adunan. masukkan tepung sehingga adunan tidak melekat. 
4.Canai adunan, kemudian terapkan dgn menggunakan acuan biskut cincin.
5.Bakar selama 20minit atau sehinngga masak. kemudian taburkan gula icing.

Peanut Blossom Cookies Recipe



In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), beat the butter until creamy and smooth. Add the peanut butter and sugars and beat until light and fluffy (about 2 - 3 minutes). Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat to combine. Beat in the milk. In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to the peanut butter mixture and beat until incorporated. Cover and chill the batter for about an hour, or until firm enough to roll into balls.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and place rack in the center of the oven. 

Roll the batter into 1 inch (2.5) round balls. Place the granulated white sugar in a shallow bowl and roll each ball in the sugar. Place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches (5 cm) apart.

Bake the cookies for about 8 - 10 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly browned. Immediately upon removing the cookies from the oven, place a unwrapped Chocolate Kiss into the center of each cookie, pressing down gently until the cookie just starts to crack. Cool completely on a wire rack. 

Makes about 4 dozen cookies.

1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature

3/4 cup (185 grams) peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

1/3 cup (70 grams) light brown sugar

1/3 cup (65 grams) granulated white sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 tablespoons milk

1 1/2 cups (195 grams) all purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

Coating (optional):

1/3 cup (65 grams) granulated white sugar

Garnish:

48 Chocolate Kisses, unwrapped

Biskut Arab Resepi



Bahan-bahan

250 gm tepung gandum
125 gm gula halus
125 gm minyak sapi
pewarna..merah ..kuning dan hijau

Cara Penyediaan

1.Gaulkan semua bahan sehingga sebati.
2.Bahagikan adunan kepada 3 warna dan masukkan warna yg berlainan saperti merah, kuning dan hijau.
4.Bentukkan adunan saperi bebola dan cantumkan 3 warna saperti dalam gambar.
5.Masukan adunan dalam paper-cup kecil.
6.Bakar pada suh 180'c selama 25 - 20 minit
